The Hiring Process

The Bethesda hiring process is designed so that only the most qualified are invited to join our team.  By qualified, we mean not only education, training and skill set; but compassion, dedication to our mission, and commitment to providing the best possible care and service to those we serve.

Our secrets lie in attracting qualified professionals, conducting pre-employment assessments, earning referrals from current employees, and continually providing professional development. Our employees are rewarded for referring their friends and family who join Bethesda.  Regular status employees receive a retention bonus after one (1) year of employment. Regularly scheduled in-service training is provided to all employees to ensure they are apprised of the latest professional practices.
