Pam joined Bethesda Health Group in 2009, and is responsible for administering all fundraising strategies and initiatives set forth by the Bethesda Health Group Foundation, a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, which serves as the fundraising arm for all Bethesda communities and services.
Pam has worked in the development field for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining Bethesda, she worked for Washington University in St. Louis as Director of Development, University Libraries, and Associate Director of Development, Arts & Sciences for more than 15 years. In these positions, she was a key member of the Alumni and Development team responsible for executing one of Washington University’s largest fundraising campaigns in history, which raised more than $1.5 billion. Prior to Washington University, Pam worked for BJC Healthcare for five years as Manager of Development, overseeing the hospitals’ fundraising enterprises.
Pam is a member of Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association as well as the St. Louis Planned Giving Council (an affiliate of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning), where she serves as a Board Member. She is active in industry and civic affairs, including on various committees for her local church and high school in her community of St. Charles.
