Muriel, who has been with Bethesda since 1989, is responsible for the management of Bethesda’s oldest and largest community, Bethesda Dilworth. In addition to its long-standing history of providing skilled nursing care, Bethesda Dilworth is home to a new, state-of-the-art Rehab and Therapy Center and an Adult Day Care program.
Muriel joined Bethesda as the Food Service Director of Bethesda General Hospital. She made the transition to Administration in 1998, and has served as the Assistant Administrator of Bethesda Dilworth, as well as Vice President and Administrator of Bethesda Meadow (Ellisville), before returning to Bethesda Dilworth in 2006. She was promoted to Senior Administrator in 2011.
Muriel was selected to be a fellow of the 2011 Leadership Academy, sponsored by LeadingAge (a national organization representing not-for-profit senior care and service providers). This exclusive appointment has provided opportunities for education and information-sharing with colleagues across the nation.
She is also active in her hometown community of Weldon Spring Heights, serving on various committees, including the bylaws and ordinances committee.
