Donating to Bethesda Health Group's Readiness Fund will ensure that our staff and residents remain protected during the COVID-19 pandemic, by supplying masks and gloves for our staff.

Ken and Garie Perry Readiness Fund

Bethesda Health | April 21, 2020

The Ken and Garie Perry Readiness Fund is critical to our mission of caring for seniors and providing them a safe place to live.

Bethesda has taken all precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and state/local health departments to keep our residents and caregivers safe and healthy in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Using personal protective equipment (PPE) like masks and gloves and using sanitizing chemicals and equipment are ways we keep staff and residents safe. While Bethesda currently has a sufficient supply of these items on hand, we anticipate our supply to dwindle as the pandemic continues.

In response to the pandemic, Ken and Garie Perry, residents at Bethesda Gardens, have generously established the Ken and Garie Perry Readiness Fund to purchase these potentially lifesaving items and provide for unexpected future needs.

You can help Ken and Garie grow this fund, which is critical to Bethesda’s mission of caring for seniors, and providing them with a safe place to live.

To donate to the fund, please go to our Donate Today page, and click “Ken and Garie Perry Readiness Fund” under Gift Designation.
