Bethesda Meadow

322 Old State Road
Ellisville, MO 63021
636-227-3431

One of fewer than 20 skilled nursing communities in Missouri that has been accredited by the nationally prominent Joint Commission, Bethesda Meadow's beautiful 14-acre campus in suburban West County (Ellisville) provides its residents and their guests with an opportunity to enjoy the peace and serenity of a relaxed, comforting environment.

Bethesda Meadow takes great pride in the strong community partnerships ingrained in its mission of serving area seniors and improving their daily lives. In fact, one example of how the Bethesda Meadow community used its beautiful campus to enhance our residents' quality of life is the Bethesda Meadow "Promenade" project.

The Promenade and Our "Meadow Mixers"

The Promenade was created to provide residents with a sense of independence and safe means for enjoying nature and exercise. It also provides a comfortable outdoor area to share quiet times with family and guests. The Promenade features landscaped walking paths, outdoor seating areas and a large gazebo, and follows the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality recommendations, which credit physical activity for the retention of good health and independence.

To keep Bethesda residents connected with the community and the Promenade development, Bethesda Meadow introduced its widely successful "Meadow Mixers on the Promenade." These outdoor celebrations gather residents, their families and members of the community together to enjoy music, refreshments and old-fashioned outdoor fun, courtesy of the Promenade and the Bethesda community's unwavering support.

Meeting Residents' Medical and Social Needs

While Bethesda Meadow's sense of community is strong, so too is our focus on meeting the individual's social and medical needs through our caring staff.

Whether it's taking a bus trip to see the Bethesda-sponsored 'Winter Wonderland' holiday lights spectacular at Tilles Park, completing a therapeutic art project or participating in a competitive game of Bingo, there are plenty of daily activities to keep a Bethesda Meadow resident busy.

Special activities also fill the day in our newly upgraded 32-bed Memory Care Unit, which meets the unique needs of our residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

Our medical director, Dr. Hany Salama, can work with the resident's personal physician to offer medical treatment and rounding services.

Bethesda Meadow is licensed for both Medicare and Medicaid. Our entire team will work diligently to make certain that every residents needs are met.
