BHG Foundation–Donor-Centered and Mission-Driven

Our Mission at the Bethesda Health Group Foundation (BHG) is to support Bethesda's senior adult services by nurturing a philanthropic environment that fosters generosity, volunteer involvement, donor relations and stewardship.

  • Commemorative Brick Program

  • Hearts for Our Homes

Bethesda kicks off its fundraising campaign, Hearts for Our Homes, for two weeks in the spring each year. Employees, residents and volunteers engage in fun-filled activities throughout the campaign to raise money and personally pledge their contributions so residents will always have a home at Bethesda. This campaign has grown each year; last year more than $100,000 was raised during  Hearts for Our Homes campaign.

There are many ways to support the BHG Foundation, each provides a varying degree of financial benefit. These range from offering donors tax advantages to providing them with a lifetime payment stream. Philanthropy is key to the ability of the Foundation to help meet the needs of thousands of older adults who have entrusted us with their care.
